Details/Specifics of Change:
Please take note that the NOAA-N 1b format is now available on website.
This version will be use to process the NOAA-N data. No additional updates
will occur prior to launch and this update is expected to be the
operational version for NOAA-N. You will find on the website a file named
"2003". This is the initial NOAA-N format issued in August 2003. The new
updated version is available under each instrument to be flown on NOAA-N.
Also there is a "diff" file under each instrument that describes the
difference in the new version and the 2003 version. We have attempted to
make the changes without generating a format change. Hopefully, you will not
have to make major changes in your software in order to implement the latest
version.
