Details/Specifics of Change:
This is another reminder to the user community that the current data format
for NOAA-K,L,and M will begin to use the new NOAA-N data format in the
future. Plans are to go operational with this change sometime in mid-Jaunary
2005. We will be providing parallel test data (orbit by orbit) for this
change beginning in late November/early December 2004. The NOAA-N format has
been available since August 2003. We have requested that you review the new
format and will be providing static test data to you for the NOAA-N format
verification within the next two weeks.
