Ch_1_lo = 0.05378*count - 2.073, count<498.96
Ch_1_hi = 0.1570*count - 53.34, count>498.96
Ch_2_lo = 0.05780*count - 2.183, count<500.16
Ch_2_hi = 0.1703*count - 58.45, count>500.16
NOAA-17 AVHRR
Ch_1_lo = 0.05486*count - 2.195, count<501.12
Ch_1_hi = 0.1611*count - 55.41, count>501.12
Ch_2_lo = 0.06621*count - 2.600, count<500.73
Ch_2_hi = 0.1971*count - 68.24, count>500.73
Ch_3_lo = 0.03147*count - 1.327, count<501.37
Ch_3_hi = 0.2206*count - 96.31, count>501.37
on May 10. These coefficients are intended to be optimal on May 28, in
the middle of the two scheduled updates.
