Details/Specifics of Change:
As of 1754Z Julian Day 210, the AVHRR on NOAA 12 was successfully turned
on. All telemetry
showed nominal operation of the currents, voltages, temperature as well as
nominal AVHRR
telemetry (HRPT). The APT was turned on successfully on Julian Day 212 at
1530z.
Satellite is functioning nominally and will be closely monitored.
