Details/Specifics of Change:
IPD detected that we are beginning to gross filter NOAA-16 AMSU-B data for channel 20. In coordination with the instrument scientist, the calibration parameters were updated to extend the AMSU-B warm black body gross limits. The change was made operational around 2050 UTC. The first orbits to be processed after the change are listed below.
