Details/Specifics of Change:
New software executables were implemented for the HIRS instrument . This is
to make some corrections in the parallel test data. This data is used to
validate the new NOAA-15,16, and 17 level 1B format. There is no impact to
the operational data. However, your continued feedback on the parallel test
data is still appreciated
