SOCC reports the following:
"N16 MIRP Rephase was enabled at 14:31:45 and disabled at 14:32:00Z"
The previous email did not mention that the MIRP rephase would affect all
instruments. Users should see scan line drop outs when the rephase occured.
Any user feedback on the improvement (or lack of) in AVHRR imagery following
the rephase would be greatly appreciated.
