REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The area of possible oil extended approximately 35.0nm in length and up to 0.8nm in width. The area was segmented but appeared to be emanating from a vessel, which may have been indicative of a bilge dump. The anomaly exhibited strong contrast with well-defined edges, though did not widen appreciably with distance. This held our confidence level to Medium. Winds at the time of the imagery were SSW at approximately 10-15kts. 

UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly did not widen appreciably with distance.
