REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil.  The anomaly is likely a bilgedump due to the slick widening appreciably in distance and having well-defined edges along with a strong contrast. The targeted vessel that aligned closest to the anomaly was approximately 6.62 NM  southeast from the slick. The anomaly measured 5.21 NM in length and 0.19 NM in width at the widest point.  Winds were approximately 3 kts from the SE. Due to the nature of the slick, confidence is high. .
