REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The possible oil appeared to emanate west-northwestward from the site of the Thomas Heyward, a know repeat leak source. The anomaly measured approximately 3.2 nmi in length and up to 0.1 nmi in width, and had a distinct dark appearance against its background with sharp edges. Winds at the time of the image were from the E at around 6 kts.

UNCERTAINTIES: Due to the repeat leak nature of the suspected source, there are no uncertainties.
