REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick had well-defined edges and a strong contrast in comparison to the surrounding environment. The slick was 5.28 nm in length and 0.28 nm in width at its widest point. Winds were approximately 8 kts from the east at the time of the image. Confidence was a Medium-High due to no point source and no reported oil slicks in the area.  

UNCERTAINTIES: There are some pipelines and oil facilities in the nearby area but none could be fully determine to be the result of the slick.
