This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick measured approximately 4.59 nmi in length, and was up to 2.17 nmi in width. It appeared dark and had high contrast to its surroundings. Winds at the time of the image were from the E at 5 knots. This anomaly was likely associated with Hotline report #10787. Confidence was determined to be High given all of these factors.
