Remarks:
Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed 
as oil. Note that the image is over 24hrs old at the time of issuance.
 Possible oil slick was amorphous in shape and measured approximately 
0.75nmi east to west and 0.35nmi north to south. It exhibited good contrast 
against the ocean background and was removed from natural seeps. The source 
could not be identified. Winds near the time of the pass were from the 
north at 5-10kts
