Update #2: A brief disconnection of GCCS routes occurred during maintenance, unexpectedly affecting L1 and L2 processing clusters. This triggered several service failures that disrupted Product Generation and Product Delivery capabilities. Restoring full operational functionality required extensive restarts of the L1 and L2 clusters. All services are now fully restored.

Update #1: All services have now been restored, with the exception of GRB uplink recovery, which remains in progress. This incident was directly caused by scheduled GCCS maintenance activities, where a temporary disconnection of GCCS routes unexpectedly affected the L1 and L2 processing clusters. This led to multiple service failures that disrupted both Product Generation and Product Delivery capabilities, necessitating extensive L1 and L2 cluster restarts to restore operations.
