Details/Specifics of Change: The Jason 3 pass on Rev 49748 with aos 1644z at FCDAS has failed due to the inability to establish a lock with the spacecraft. Engineering has been notified and is investigating. Data recovery will be attempted during the next scheduled pass 1839z.
