Details/Specifics: Product Delivery to both ANCF and BNCF were degraded.  GOES-East MESO Products (Tiles) were not delivered to AWIPS due to incorrect filename formatting when Center Point Latitude is <10 degrees N/S.  This issue persists; however, current MESO configuration is not within the effected range.  GCCS is continuing to correct the issue.  All services are currently functional.
