Update #3: Upon gaining power and communication to the site, the vendor dispatched local support to verify proper system operation. During the initial inspection, FL3 was found to be non-operational. The vendor began troubleshooting the antenna and determined it was not tracking, despite the Pedestal Control Unit (PCU) displaying indications of normal operation. The vendor also verified the fiber communications between the antenna and the Local Terminal and confirmed that the fiber connection and communications were operating properly.
Update #2: Once communications and power were restored to the site, Florida 4 LEO LUT came back online. The vendor has verified that the system is operating normally.
Update #1: Circuit is now back up; the vendor checked the site after it went down. Due to weather in the area, 5 out of the 8 co-located antennas are not operating properly. Vendor is replacing the broken parts.

Details/Specifics: The USMCC stopped receiving Florida MEOLUT and LEOLUT data. A Ticket has been opened regarding the downed circuit with AT&T.
Impact: Medium - Atlantic and Caribbean Search and Rescue region's MEOSAR and LEOSAR distress detection/reporting may be delayed. GEOSAR is nominal.
