Details/Specifics : Guam 3 and 4 LEO Ground Stations are not sending pass solution data. The circuit is down due to Super Typhoon Bavi's impact on the Pacific US Territories. Telecom vendor is aware and will have personnel on site once conditions are safe.

Impact: Medium - Western Pacifica US AOR Distress detection/reporting may be delayed. LEOSAR distress alert detection/reporting may be delayed. GEOSAR and MEOSAR are operating nominally.
