Details/Specifics: The GeoCloud ABI-L2 product sender failed and stopped sending ABI-L2 products to NCCF at approximately 1610Z 06/29/2026. All NCCF products requiring ABI-L2 inputs such as Cloud Mask and Derived Motion Winds were unable to generate product.

Products affected include:

GOES FLS

GOES ASOS

GOES ASR/CSR/ASR_CSR

GOES Winds

GOES Ground System engineers were able to restart the Geo Sender service at approximately 0140Z 06/30/2026. ABI-L2 products are now flowing to NCCF and GOES product production should resume shortly.
