Details/Specifics: GOES-19 ABI-L2 input data stopped being received at NCCF at 2010Z 05/11/2026. This input data includes but is not limited to Cloud Mask and Derived Motion Winds products. The GOES Ground System Team was notified and was able to troubleshoot the issue to the GeoCloud Sender service. The GeoCloud Sender Service was restarted at ~0050Z 05/12, and ABI-L2 data resumed flowing to NCCF.

Data is not currently being backfilled, so NCCF GOES-19 L2 products from 05/11/26 2010Z through 05/12/0050Z are considered lost.

Affected products include:

GOES-19 ASOS

GOES-19 CSR/ASR

GOES-19 FLS

GOES-19 Winds

GOES-19 ABI-L1b products were not affected by this outage.
