Date/Time of Expected End: March 30, 2026 (DOY 089) 2310 UTC

 

Length of the Outage/Event: Approximately 5 minutes at the end of a period of Continuous Full Disk operations

 

Details/Specifics: On March 30, 2026, GOES-19 ABI 10-minute Flex Mode (mode 6) will be replaced with 5 minutes of Continuous Full Disk (mode 4) from 2300-2305 UTC. A GOES-19 ABI solar calibration scan will be performed between 2305-2310 UTC, resulting in an outage of all ABI products. ABI 10-minutes Flex Mode (mode 6) will resume at 2310 UTC. The next Full Disk scan will populate at 2310 UTC.
