Details/Specifics of Change:  Jason-3 support USG2 rev. 46560 scheduled at 0147Z is considered "FAILED" due to the inability to command during the entirety of the support. No command lock was achieved as the "TC ON" and "HPAANTENNA" remote commands continued to execute repeatedly, but never led to a good "Satellite TC Status". This is also to be expected on the next support at 0342Z for USG2 rev. 46561. Data recovery expected on the following scheduled Wallops support rev. 46562 at AOS 0528Z until all data has been recovered.
