Details/Specifics:  

The Jason-3 support scheduled at 13:10Z (Rev 46553) at USG2 is considered "FAILED" due to the inability to command during the entirety of the support. No command lock was achieved as the "TC ON" and "HPAANTENNA" remote commands continued to execute repeatedly, but never led to a good "Satellite TC Status". Data recovery will resume with the next scheduled Fairbanks pass (Rev 46554) @ AOS 14:42Z until all data has been recovered.
