Details/Specifics of Change:  

Jason 3 support scheduled at 0326Z (Rev 46548) at USG2 is considered "FAILED" due to the inability to command during the entirety of the support. No command lock was achieved as the "TC ON" and "HPAANTENNA" remote commands continued to execute repeatedly, but never led to a good "Satellite TC Status". Expect the same issues for USG2 Rev 46549. Data will be attempted to be recovered next scheduled pass. If current issues prevent recovery from at USG2 site all 3 Rev's 46547, 46548, & 46579 will be recovered during Rev 46550 at Wallops scheduled at  0703z.
