Details/Specifics:  

The Jason 3 support scheduled at 0142Z (Rev 46534) at USG2 was considered "FAILED" due to the inability to command during the entirety of the support. Data was expected to be received on next support (Rev. 46535), however that also failed as the HPA would not power up. Several attempts were made via automation script and manual attempts to power on the transformer with no success. Attempted switch for next support (Rev. 46536) to USG-1 was unsuccessful. Switch to Wallops is planned  with back to back supports to recover the missing revs. starting at 0650Z.
