Update #1:  The currently running GOES-West MDS Meso-2 has been extended from it's expected end time of today December 07th at 2305Z. It will continue until December 08, 2025 at 2300Z. There is also a change in the latitude at the extension start from 56.9N to 56N. The extension will be 23 hours 55 minutes long bringing the Total Length of Event to 47 hours 32 minutes.
