Update #2: Due to the continued lapse in appropriation, the NCCF product Upgrade to NCCF Operations will be postponed to TBD. Note the changes to the products that will be promoted to operations in the Detailed/Specifics of Change below. Once the government reopens, an updated notification with dates for promotion to NCCF and PDA operations will be sent out.
