Details/Specifics of Change: 
On November 5, 2025 16:54:00Z, NOAA-21 will perform a 20.0 second propulsive Drag Makeup Maneuver (DMU) to maintain Mean Local Time of the Ascending Node while controlling the Repeating Ground Track box.  The following observatory systems will be affected on November 5, 2025:

16:38:50Z – 17:03:22Z OMPS in Decon mode, Science data will not be available

16:48:51Z  – 17:04:06Z HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will be unavailable

16:48:52Z – 16:59:03Z N21 pointing off-nadir, collected data during that time period may be impacted and not disseminated
