Details/Specific: Due to recent VMware Horizon Client updates to NOAA Laptops , JPSS CGS users are not able to launch VMware Client via ERAV. This notification is to inform all JPSS CGS users that in the event on a CGS, Spacecraft or Sensor Anomaly/Emergency, anomaly support personnel will need to be physically on site in order to successfully launch the VMware Client.
