Product(s) or Data Impacted: All products from AMSU-A, ASCAT, ATOVS, GOME-2, GRAS, IASI,

MHS, SEM, in the Metop Global Data Service and Regional Data Service, will not be available.  The
AVHRR GDS Level 1 products and AVHRR regional data from Metop-B will be temporarily degraded.

Details/Specifics:  A Metop-B Out of Plane Maneuver will be performed Sep 2, 2025 (JDAY 245) with preparations starting
at 08:33 UTC.
For this maneuver some instruments will not be producing data. The data outage times are listed below.
Data from the outage period will not be recovered nor distributed.
The manual selection of optimal TED and MEPED calibrations for the SEM instrument will be
performed at 15:20:10 and 15:21:30 UTC respectively.
