Details/Specifics: On August 20, 2025 at 16:35:00z, NPP will perform a 3.0 second propulsive Drag Make-Up Maneuver (DMU) to maintain the repeating Ground Track box.

The following observatory systems will be affected on August 20, 2025:

16:09:00z – 18:16:04z: CERES in Contam-Safe mode, science data will not be available
16:19:00z – 16:46:06z: OMPS in Decon mode, Science data will not be available
16:24:00z – 16:47:05z: HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will not be available
16:29:00z – 16:42:04z: S-NPP pointing off-nadir, collected data during that time period may be impacted and not dissemina
