Details/Specifics of Change:

The Jason 3 support scheduled at 05:59Z (Rev 44734) at USG2 is considered "FAILED" due to the inability to command during the entirety of the support. No command lock was achieved as the "TC ON" and "HPAANTENNA" remote commands continued to execute repeatedly, but never led to a good "Satellite TC Status". Even though it appeared that TC ON successfully ran/turned on and the HPAANTENNA went to "antenna", the HPA status stayed "off" instead of "on". This was the case after multiple attempts in automation as well as being tried manually. This issue is expected to continue for the next 2 scheduled USG2 passes (Rev's 44735 @ 07:51z and 44736 @ 09:48z).  Data recovery will resume with the next scheduled Wallops pass @ AOS 11:30z until all data has been recovered.
