Details/Specifics of Change:  Metop data stopped arriving at NOAA at about 1000Z this morning. The delay appears to have started with orbit 66379 for Metop-1 (B) (start
time 0717) and with orbit 34897 for Metop-3 (C) (start time 0807). All NOAA products dependent on Metop data are missing as a result.
