Update #2: The issue in NCCF was identified as an AWS problem and was rectified by 0350Z 07/15. Recovery and clearing queue backlogs continued through 0530Z 07/15. Queues have now recovered, but some data is being reshipped to NCCF from PDA, to include missed GFS data required for production of multiple products.
Update #1: NCCF is functioning an improved but still degraded state. The queue backlogs are slowly working off, The engineers continue to troubleshoot the issues.
