Details/Specifics of Change: Updates are being applied to the DSCOVR CaTTs Jul 21 - 24, and a data rate test is scheduled for Jul 22. There will be a brief outage from 1601 - 1631z to allow for tracking test while DSCOVR is in the 1kbps/omni spacecraft configuration. All data will still be stored on the spacecraft and will be downlinked later in the day.
