Update #1 Final Update:  Search and Rescue Processor (SARP) was functioning properly; the issue was due to the orbit vectors. Naval Space Command personnel provided updated TLEs, which were sent to the satellite, resolving the issue and restoring normal operations.

Impact: Medium-Loss of Storage/forward capability. Satellite is limited to real-time/local distress detection and relay. Timeliness of global coverage detection and relay affected.
