Details/Specifics of Change:
The next JPSS Interface Data Processing Segment (IDPS) Block 2.3 maintenance release, Mx12 (IDPS Mx I2.3.12.00), is scheduled to transition to operations on February 18, 2025.
The Mx12 release includes the following changes:
Removes Ellipsoid geolocation from most VIIRS SDR products.

Fixes the “UNKNOWN” metadata value for the N_Spacecraft_Maneuver label for S-NPP and JPSS-1 only - sometimes appears following maneuvers.
NOAA-20 and NOAA-21 OMPS RDRs will no longer include uncompressed APIDs.
Removes OMPS DWELL and OMPS FSW Bootup RDRs.
Please note: This release will not occur during a Critical Weather Day (CWD).
