Update #1: ESPC was contacted by their programmer and informed that the issue for the data delay does not appear to be on our end. The issue has been turned back over to FNMOC for further investigation.

Details/Specifics: ESPC is currently experiencing a DMSP data delay on ALL DMSP SSMI/S data. FNMOC reports no issue on their end. The programmer has been contacted for investigation.
