Update #1: ESPC was contacted by their programmer and informed that the issue for the data delay does not appear to be on our end. The issue has been turned back over to FNMOC for further investigation.

Details/Specifics: ESPC is still experiencing a  DMSP data delay on ALL DMSP SSMI/S data. FNMOC reported no issue on their end and are to investigate the issues diligently. The programmer with the NOAA team is also looking into the issue.
