Update #1: ESPC is now receiving DMSP SSMI/S Data. Except ESPC has not received F-17 92293 and F-17 92296 DMSP SSMI/S data from FNMOC/ Monterey. ESPC Placed a call to FNMOC, FNMOC notified both rev's was a Bad Output. Therefore The data is considered lost.
