Update #2: The Planned PDA Oracle Database patching activity at the NSOF OPS site has completed successfully.

Update #1: The list of affected NDE on-prem products that will be delayed during the Oracle database maintenance are AMSR2 and GAASP, ACSPO SST, Active Fire, GOES all-sky/clear-sky, GOES DMW BUFR, GOES FLS, Green Vegetation Fraction (GVF), JPSSRR, MIRS (JPSS), NUCAPS (Metop-C), OMPS LP, Tropical Cyclone (TC), Vegetation Health (VH), and Vegetation Index (VI).

Details/Specifics of Change:  The Oracle database servers at the NSOF OPS site will be updated during the impact times above. One interruption of approximately 2 hours to NDE on-prem product generation is possible during the Oracle database failover and failback steps. Unexpected anomalies may occur. A list of affected product short names will be provided in an update before the interruption is scheduled to occur. The estimated time for the interruption is 1600Z – 1800Z. The PDA Support team will be monitoring the environment to quickly address and remediate any issues that may occur.
