Update #5: DMSP SSMI Backlog data is coming in however, still not receiving new data.

Update #4: DMSP SSMI and SSMI/S Data Started flowing intermittently and the team is still

working on making  the DMSP data flow normally.

Update #3: DMSP SSMI and SSMI/S Data delay is unchanged. Investigation continuing.

Update #2: DMSP SSMI/S and TDUP Data delay is still ongoing.

Update #1:   FNMOC is having issues currently receiving and pushing data out to users.
