Update #1: At 23:58 UTC we observed the first failed pass on NOAA-18. We began investigating and saw additional failures on the next passes for NOAA-18 at 01:42 UTC. In total, 2 passes failed and 2 GAC F16s were not captured due to Control Point closing on itself.
