NOAA-21 will perform a 4.3 second propulsive Risk Mitigation Maneuver (RMM)
to mitigate the current risk of conjunction. If the risk dissipates, the maneuver will not be performed.
 
The following observatory systems will be affected on July 09, 2024:
09:39:50Z - 10:04:06Z  OMPS in Decon mode, Science data will not be available
09:49:51Z - 10:05:06Z  HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will be unavailable
09:49:53Z – 09:55:04Z NOAA-21 in Control Frame 2 (DMU) (Delta-V Control Frame)
09:49:53Z – 10:03:20Z NOAA-21 pointing off-nadir, collected data during that time period may be impacted and not disseminated.
