Details/Specifics of Change: There is an NCCF anomaly related to AWS Docker Upgrade that is leading to increased queue times for JPSS product generation jobs. As a result, JPSS product latency times have increased and JPSS products are intermittently late. The issue is still being investigated by the engineers.
