Update #1: ESPC received an email from the EPS Controller at EUMETSAT stating; The ground segment anomaly reported on DOY071 has been rectified and Metop-B data are again available with Antarctic timeliness.

This has resulted in only nominal Arctic timeliness availability for Metop-B data between DOY071 and DOY137.
