Details/Specifics of Change: ESPC has not received any  F-16/F-17/F-18  DMSP SSMI/S  data from FNMOC/ Monterey since 2330Z. Placed called to FNMOC, They reported no issues on their end , but still did not receive any data. Therefore data is considered lost.
