Details/Specifics of Change: The USMCC stopped receiving FL MEOLUT data.  The LUT Vendor was contacted deployed personnel to the site and was able to restore the FL MEOLUT after a power outage.  Hawaii MEOLUT data was configured to send data directly to the USMCC during the outage.

Impact:  Medium - Atlantic and Caribbean Search and Rescue region's MEOSAR distress detection/reporting was delayed. LEOSAR and GEOSAR are nominal.
