Details/Specifics of Change: The CERES science team has requested OSPO engineering to command the NOAA-20 CERES instrument into a SAFE state. This will help gather telemetry data to investigate elevated noise levels and occasional spikes in the Shortwave Channel to better characterize the source of the noise. All CERES science data during this observation time will not be recoverable.
