N21 will perform a 10.0 second propulsive Drag Make-up Maneuver (DMU) 

to maintain Mean Local Time of the Ascending Node while controlling the Repeating Ground Track box.

The following observatory systems will be affected on August 16, 2023:

17:12:20Z

 - 17:36:52.00z OMPS in Decon mode, Science data will not be available

17:22:21Z

 - 17:37:26.00z HRD will be off, data for direct broadcast users will be unavailable

17:22:33Z

 - 17:36:20.00z N21 pointing off-nadir, collected data during that time period may be impacted and not disseminated
